Has the Digital Humanities been beneficial to in terms of helping others understand as well as help to preseve the literary works of poets and authors?

The Digital Humanities is indeed important in the understanding and perseverance of many literary works and the like. It enables many of us to refer to or search them up with ease. With literature, the digital humanities intersect with studies of history, the sciences, medieval times and other disciplines as well.
The Digital Humanities is extremely important as it helps connect the past, present and the future of all works. Without digital technology, so much of information that is to be passed down through generations will be lost to time, and it would be humans’ folly in not establishing a proper mechanism to preserve and store all the stories, literary works, and the histories of it. The Digital Humanities also helps to provide an analysis on humanity continuously evolving with the world. As time passes, so does life, as nothing is permanent. However, through the digital humanities, many author’s works can be better understood from different lenses through societies in different eras and periods, as well as continue to be preserved.
The Digital Humanities also helps provide the opportunity for many to think and investigate on their very own about previous works done by authors and poets of the yesteryears. It helps provide a platform for people to continue research and gain insights and knowledge into the lives of humans in different periods of time.
